To ask the Manager to please state if the revenue collected from the property tax so far can be spent by the Council in this Financial year?
To ask the Manager can the Council hire more staff to ensure that grass cutting in public areas under the remit of the Council takes place at an acceptable frequency?
To ask the Manager if there are signs available to resident groups that would prevent drivers parking directly on kerbs/verges which not only destroy the grass but block access?
To ask the Manager to make a report detailing what progress, if any, has been made regarding the proposed expansion of the allotments in Friarstown, and has any agreement being reached with the South Dublin Allotments Association regarding future plans for Friarstown, in the context of the proposed expansion?
To ask the Manager how many students in South Dublin county are awaiting their grants from SUSI?
To ask that the Manager outline how much was received in 2012 from the State in motor tax receipts? Did this funding go fully into road works? How much of the council's own money was spent on road works? And what figure is this as a % of the total spent on road works / road improvements in 2012?
To ask the Manager to outline the number of landlords on the RAS scheme, or any other scheme, between 2009 - present? Broken down into the individual years, e.g. number in 2009, number in 2010, number in 2013, etc., also how much money has been paid out to landlords between 2009-2013, again broken down each year, e.g. amount paid out in 2009, amount paid out in 2010, amount paid out in 2013, etc. Can the Manager outline how many properties the council rented or leased from landlords to the Council, (through the RAS scheme, or any other scheme), again broken down between 2009-2013?
To ask the Manager how much of the €472k that was allocated to Traveller Maintenance in the 2013 SDCC Budget has been spent, where has it been spent and on what and how much of that €472k remains for the purpose of maintenance for the remainder of 2013?
To ask the Manager to provide an update on any responses from the National Transport Authority with respect to the request for consultation with the elected members on the planned review of bus services?
To ask the Manager to provide a response to the new Policy Directive on Planning Enforcement; and with respect to the requirement for 'appropriate monitoring of planning enforcement', to ask the Manager to present a detailed report on planning enforcement activity in 2012; and in 2013 to date?

That this Council while treating the County Town and in particular Tallaght Village in a 'different manner' to the other Villages in the County in relation to the 'Villages initiative' calls on the Manager to look strategically at the feasibility of acquiring the so called 'esso site' in Tallaght Village in the medium term with a view to it being used as a focal point for passive recreation for the Citizens of Tallaght and indeed the wider County and for this location to be considered for the erection/placement of the previously agreed memorial to the Women and Men of 1916 and for this to form the centre-piece of the Citizen driven recreational centre of this Historical part of the Village
That this Council will support the organisation Pieta House in establishing a suitable premises in a central location within the County Town
To ask the Manager to present a detailed report, for discussion, on the ongoing reforms of the organisation and operation of outdoor staff, with a view to delivering more integrated and effective services in the area of public realm maintenance and improvement, in particular with respect to litter management
That the Council agrees to investigate the provision of a BMX park in South Dublin County and identified suitable locations, including the Knocklyon
That the Manager would present a Report on the Council's support for Community Arts activities throughout the County, including information on supports, financial and otherwise, provided by the Council to Community Arts organizations in the 5 Electoral Areas of the County

That this Council calls for the abolition of Seanad Éireann and the implementation of democratic reforms to empower people and communities including, but not being limited to, the Dáil and local government

That this Council welcomes the CCMA report 'Supporting Enterprise, Local Development and Economic Growth: Analysis of Local Authority Activities for 2012'; and notes the work of certain local authorities in developing enterprise centres, as well as newer models of 'E Centres' and 'E-Work Centres'; and requests the Manager to examine the feasibility of establishing an 'E Centre' or similar model in this County, in particular in areas not currently serviced by an enterprise centre, learning from the models outlined in the CCMA report which seek to 'utilize existing vacant spaces in local towns' to facilitate "entrepreneurs starting their own businesses by providing e-working and 'hot desking' facilities at low cost in the community' and to provide 'a focal point in the town for the community to drive employment initiatives.'
