Report of Lucan Area Committee – Tuesday 28th May 2013
Roads
Arising from a discussion in relation to Headed Item 6 on the Agenda of the meeting of the Lucan Area Committee held on 28th May 2013 (and previous report HI 12 of the Lucan Area Committee 23rd April 2013), the following motion was proposed by Councillor Emer Higgins, seconded by Councillor Guss O'Connell and passed:-
'That in the event that the Council approves a proposal to extinguish the right of way at Bewley Grove and Mount Bellew Way, Lucan; that this Area Committee further recommends the commencement of an examination of options to address any current or potential traffic and parking problems at Mount Bellew Way and Mount Bellew Estate, noting that the June meeting of South Dublin County Council is expected to consider the declaration of the roads in Mount Bellew Estate to be public Roads.'
