To ask the Manager to give an overview report on the attendance of Councillors and non-Council members of all Strategic Policy Committees since June 2009, and to make a statement on the matter?

Details of non-Council members attendance is attached. Below is an overview table of non-member attendance at each Strategic Policy Committee since June 2009:-
