"To ask the Chief Executive is road cleansing in the Jobstown area carried out directly by the Council, if not how are private contractors supervised?"

"To ask the Chief Executive for the proposed schedule for tree pruning/removal etc for the Tallaght Central district?"

"To ask the Chief Executive to arrange inspection of the pathway leading from The Park Millbrook Lawns to the Seskinview Road.  Residents have complained that the pathway which leads from the bottom of Park through to the Seskin View Road has become overgrown and during the winter months is totally impassable due to flooding (Many people use this to access the 77A bus and also parents with prams going to and from the shops). I attended a meeting at the site with residents and this is clearly the case. They have also complained that the walls surrounding the grass area have become dangerous as there are holes in them and they could come down on a child if they climbed up on them. Can you arrange to have this area inspected and let me local residents know what works will be completed to improve the pathway and make the walls safe?"

"To ask the Chief Executive if he will arrange to have the trees located along the Tallaght By-pass and Glenview (on the village side of the Road) inspected  and arrange that they are pruned or if required removed as they are at a very dangerous height, and I have received numerous requests from residents.  Also to ask that the public realm team carry out the removal of weeds and nettles and spray for vermin around the base of these trees.

"To ask the Chief Executive to arrange for litter picking to take place at the earliest opportunity in the area leading from St Dominic's Shops and the entrance into Homelawns as it is badly littered at the moment. To request that regular litter picking takes place in this area going forward?"

"To ask the Chief Executive to give an update on the derelict site at the former Saggart Arms pub in Saggart village and what the council’s long-term plan is for the site which is at the centre of one of the most historic locations in the county and could provide tourism for the whole county?"

"To request that the the Chief Executive gives on update on the necessary repair work on the boundary wall at the Swiftbrook estate. When can the residents expect the work to commence and when is it expected that it will be completed? Also will the agreed bushes be planted along the wall as soon as the repair work is finished?"

"To ask the Chief Executove to report on what measure can be taken to improve our (Tallaght) rating on the IBAL surveys as we have dropped quite significantly in the last two ratings which seems to have undone all the hard work done by the Council previously - understanding that there must be a 'tie-in' from the local Community?".

"To ask the Chief Executive to arrange for the removal of the stones and gravel from the "Anchor" in the middle of the Road in the vicinity of 446 Cushlawn Park and Cushlawn Place as the stones are constantly thrown about the place making the place unsightly and causing damage to property, That the manager further arranges to plant the "Anchor" with earth and grass?"

That this Tallaght Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to take immediate action to deal with the serious litter problem in Tallaght as highlighted by the recent IBAL survey results and in reporting will the Chief Executive confirm contacts he is having with local organisations in respect of the problem

This Committee calls on the Chief Executive to make provision for a timetable to be prepared for the rotation of the council’s two Rapid Deployment CCTV cameras to illegal dumping black spots in Tallaght and that Councillors and members of the public are consulted on where the worst problem areas are, with a view to both discouraging people from dumping and punishing those who do.

"That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to arrange for a crackdown on illegal dumping at Kiltalown Park (the park itself - not the Road) as rats have become a massive issue for residents in the vicinity. This Committee further calls on the Chief Executive to report on what measures have been taken in relation to my request for an overall crackdown on this anti social activity in the Kiltalown area which was subject to a motion in my name last May 2014 and can the Manager make a statement on the matter".

That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to contact the Department with a view to regularising all tenancies on a permanent basis in all of the "unsold affordable Homes" within the control of this Committee as tenants have no stability and added to that there is no sales scheme in operation at present.

That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to install traffic calming measures in The Wood, Millbrook Lawns, as many residents have complained that cars are travelling at speed through this area putting young children playing at risk.

That the Tallaght Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to carry out an immediate and detailed examination of the junction at Belgard Road where the Luas crosses, noting that the Luas representatives recently reported to the Luas/Dublin Bus community forum that there are serious problems at the junction with motorists breaking the lights, a concern also shared by Dublin Bus and will he confirm actions opened to him
