QUESTION: Councillor Charlie O'Connor

"To ask the Chief Executive if action is proposed in respect of the derelict site on Maybury Road Kilnamanagh Dublin 24 which is of great concern to the residents of the area?

REPLY:

An early inspection for the purpose of the Derelict Sites Act l990 has been arranged. On receipt of this report, enforcement action, if deemed appropriate, will be taken.

A full report on Derelict Sites will be presented at the October meeting.
