"This committee agrees that the Council reinforce the wall at St Cuthbert's Park at the following locations:
Junction of Deansrath Green and Park
Junction of Melrose Green and Park
These two areas have been damaged to allow ease of access to the park for cars/bikes etc. and it is having a detrimental impact on the residents who live in this area."

"This committee asks that the issues with tree pruning on St John's Ave, Clondalkin could be addressed with particular attention to the tree that is causing a risk to children playing because of the low branches that mean they are at risk of being hit by cars. Also that the trees which are causing the footpaths to lift and causing serious trip issues outside (addresses supplied). Also that the trees that are obscuring street lights 43 and 44 would be pruned."
"That the Chief Executive removes the tree at (location private) Clondalkin.
Reason. Since the first correspondance, the large drain pipe on the side of house is now damaged from the tree hitting the side of the house and is hanging off - this will have to be repaired."
"That this committee agrees that, following on from the successful submissions made in the 2018 Participatory Budget, this Council ensure as an imperative that the Community Orchard Project in Clondalkin and any planting of apple trees in the County be sourced from our Ancient Irish Species as a priority."

"This Committee asks that during development at Mayfield Park, every effort should be made to ensure that the eco system of the Camac River is not negatively impacted and that the opportunity might be taken to tidy up this area of the river by putting the water and waste pipes which cross the river at this location underground."

"That this committee calls on the Chief Executive to consider the site known as the Eircom Site in Clondalkin for downsizing accommodation in order to free up some of the 56 houses on the SDCC list for downsizing. We also note that this site would be particularly a good location for older people who wish to downsize as its very close to buses, community centre and local shops etc."
“That this committee expresses its solidarity with housing activists engaged in direct action such as the occupation of vacant buildings to highlight the housing crisis. This committee supports the demand by activists for the Compulsory Purchase of buildings that have been vacant for more than 12 months, and calls on the management to immediately draw up a register of all vacant residential units in the Clondalkin LEA to find suitable buildings for Compulsory Purchase by the council.”

"This committee commends the organisers of this Summer's South Dublin 10k and all who took part in the race. The course was a showcase for the excellent work of the council in this area, taking runners through Corkagh Park, past the Round Tower and through our historic village and along the canal path. It was very well organised and a very successful event. This committee calls for the event to be made an annual one."
