"This area committee agrees that the Council contact the ESB in relation to the intermittent power shortages in Harelawn and to ask the ESB to deliver a long term solution to this problem."

If the motion is approved, a letter will be issued to the ESB for their attention, and when a reply is received, the Committee will be notified accordingly.
