"That the Chief Executive gives a report into how many litter fines have been handed out to the following owners of Oakfield, the owners of CB Pakaging Site and other litter blackspots in the Clondalkin area - can a full and detailed report be given on how these issues will be addressed?"
REPLY:
Whilst it is not possible to provide the number of Fixed Penalty Notices issued by electoral area, up to 31st August 2018 a total of 457 FPNs issued in the South Dublin County Administrative Area.
Similarly, while it is not proposed to outline specific details relating to persons/entities, up to the 31st August 2018 a total of 13 warning notices were issued and 4 FPNs were issued in respect of businesses in Clondalkin.

There are a number of problematic commercial sites. The following is a commentary on these sites.
- An industrial site at Ninth Lock Road which has ongoing issues of littering etc - Notices issued
- A car park adjoining a prominent vacant commercial premises at Main Street, Clondalkin was cleaned following Warden contact.
- Ongoing issues with lands at Monastery Road.
- A car park at Oakfield Industrial Estate has ongoing issues with notices and fines issued. Site continues to be monoitored
- Road frontage at a premises in Ninth Lock Road, inspected in line with patrol.
