MOTION: Councillor M. Ward & Councillor B. Bonner

"That this area committee agrees that the Council should reconvene the Halloween working group and to invite all the relevant stakeholders to attend as soon as possible."

REPORT:

Traditionally, annually, the Clondalkin Halloween Working Group has been instigated through the office of the Area Cathaoirleach and is supported by the various Departments within South Dublin County Council who have a remit in the delivery of services at Halloween.

It is expected that the 1st meeting of this group will be held today 19th September 2018.
