"That this Committee agrees that the Council undertake to reinstall/replace damaged or removed bollards at Neilstown Shopping Centre."

REPORT:

This car park is not maintained by Road Maintenance. Roads have carried out repairs at the behest of the Economic Development Department.

There also appears to be private parking operating in the car park.
