“To ask the Manager to confirm that the water supply to Deselby, Blessington Road, Tallaght, was recently cut off for a 12 hour period from Sunday September 30th to Monday October 1st, and that despite clear commitments from South Dublin County Council that people would be informed of this event, that no such information was given to local residents, and would he further accept the deep frustration of people in this community who regularly find that their water is cut off without prior notice, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”
