This Council Committee calls on the Manager to give this Committee a report in view of the many unfinished and half built appartments in this area outlining what discusssions if any his/her Department has had with the Developers in relation to these matters and if these buildings have a finite period to be built before being declared derelict.
That the Manager provide a update on the masts on the Badminton Hall on Whitehall road and that the Council will actively seek to reduce the number of masts at this location as part of the licensing process

This Council Committee calls on the Manager to clarify the legitimate concerns of residents living in the Kingswood area regarding the disposal and possible disposal of public open space lands in the area.
This Council Committee calls on the Manager to provide a report on Killinniny Tower, what, if any, works are proposed and what action can be taken to remove the mound that is a source of nuisance to local residents.
This Council Committee calls on the Manager to give a report in relation to the pruning of the huge trees on some of the roads in Elmcastle Estate area of Kilnamanagh and particularly ones on Elmcastle Green that have been requested to be pruned by residents for a number of years.
That the Manager provide an update on why work has not been carried out to finish off the landscaping work at the base of the trees on Orwell Green which were thinned out at the request of the Residents Association.
This Council Committee calls on the Manager to give a report in relation to the small Park in Firhouse and how this Council plans to enhance the area, and encourage its use by many of the young mothers and elderly residents living in the immediate area.
