QUESTION: Councillor P. Kearns

"To ask the Manager to inspect and report back on condition of an exceptionally large tree at the end of Osprey Road just outside the gates of Tymon Park. This tree is very close to the back wall of houses on Osprey Lawn and, as this area is quite exposed, residents are seriously concerned that large branches could easily break off and end up causing damage to their property or person  during the coming Autum/Winter season?"

The large street tree in question is listed for consideration to be pruned by the Parks and Landscape Services Department as part of the 2010/2011 Arboricultural Programme.
