"To ask the Manager to outline how many trees were actually pruned or removed in Orwell, the WORK area and Greenhills as part of this years programme?"

REPLY:

The Parks and Landscape Services Department carried out the following work as part of the Arboricultural Works Programme for 2009/2010:

            Orwell Area approx.        120 no. trees pruned,  10 no. trees removed

            WORK Area approx.      50 no. trees pruned,     10 no. trees removed

            Greenhills Area approx. 50 no. trees pruned       10 no. trees removed.
