QUESTION: Councillor C. Brophy

"To ask the Manager to ensure that weeding is carried out at the  Orwell/ Willington roundabout to prevent weeds undoing the excellent work carried out by the Council?"

REPLY:

It is the intention of the Council to maintain this newly landscaped roundabout to the highest standard possible having regard to the Health and Safety measures required to be put in place for the protection of staff and the general public when the work is being undertaken and also having regard to the resources available to do so.
