"That this committee discussess the Willbrook Lawn open space in order that (a) we set a date for council work to commence on site taking into consideration we have agreed 15,000 in the budget for this work (b) that we write to both adjacent residents giving them a date for commencement/completion of construction of wall (c) that this committee agrees in the event of dates set not being adhered to that a temporary barrier be erected by this council outside the wall (on the open space) in order to allow the council access to the site to make the whole site available for community use. Taking into consideration that the community have been waiting many years for the use once again of this facility they once enjoyed as open space."
