QUESTION: Councillor C. Keane

"To ask the Manager for a full report on the 21 social/elderly housing units at College Drive outlining the Management company facilities etc. and when it is expected they will be occupied?"

REPLY:

Negotiations are ongoing regarding this development.

Subject to funding approval from Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government it is anticipated that these units will be disposed of  to an appropriate voluntary housing association.
