MOTION NO. 13

MOTION: Councillor T. McDermott

"That the Manager present a report of the buildings / residences and the number of residents in Terenure / Rathfarnham that do not currently have a Green Bin service with an explanation for why this situation arises and if and when they will be provided for this service."

REPORT:

The Terenure / Rathfarnham area has a well established Green Bin Collection Service on routes at this stage. Apart from where new dwellings may not have been added to routes as yet, the Environment dept and the Council's contractor are satisfied that all Council customers are serviced on a fortnightly basis. Should there be buildings / private houses that are currently not in receipt of the servicethe Environmental Services Department will be happy to arrange same.
