"That the Manager in recognising that there has been an over-emphasis on infill housing in the Ballyboden Area as a solution to housing needs and accepting that the Council has exhausted such sites. Also recongising that infill housing on open space would be unacceptable in private estates.Commits to ensuring that this Council in the context of the Ballyboden Village Development Plan, will not seek to reduce the existing open space by way of infill or replacement building land and also commits to enhancing and improving such open spaces for the lesiure benefit of the local community."
