QUESTION: Councillor C. Keane

"To ask the Manager to report on the result of the following motion in the name of Councillors C. Keane, M. Ardagh and S. Laing as agreed at TRAC meeting on 5th December 06?"

"That the Manager, having regard to the particular historical, natural and cultural significance of the Kingston Court Green site and its close proximity to a protected structure - Newbrook House, prepares a plan incorporating a formal Public Garden; that he together with the other relevant departments presents this plan to a special meeting of the Terenure/Rathfarnham Area Committee before the end of February 2007 and that the plan incorporates social housing."
