"To ask the Manager to examine the laneway between Pinewood Park and Butterfield Park adjacent to Edenbrook Drive which is an a very bad state and to take steps to clean this up?"

REPLY:

The Litter Warden for the Rathfarnham area has been requested to examine the laneway in question in relation to illegal dumping and to take appropriate action if evidence of the perpretator(s) of illegal dumping is obtained there.  The Warden will refer the matter to the Cleansing Section for attention once his examination is complete.
