"To ask the Manager to supply a bin or bins at Willowbank Drive?"

REPLY:

The Council does not install and service litter bins in residential areas except in special circumstances where there is a school, public park or shopping centre situated within the estate.  There is no proposal at present to install litter bins in Willowbank Drive as the area does not match any of the criteria set out above.  The Cleansing Section will however examine the current provision of litter bins along the main roads in the area, to ensure that the current provision is adequate.
