"That this committee calls on the Chief Executive to present a report on the efforts that have been made to ensure that businesses in the Clondalkin area fulfill their legal obligations with regard to ensuring that their property and the areas around them are litter free.
There are particular difficulties in relation to the following businesses and the land around them.
1. The Steering Wheel Pub and its car park. Main Street. Clondalkin
2. The ethnic Supermarket at Elmfield, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin.
3. The former CB Packaging site , which adjoins the Mill Centre on Ninth Lock Road, CLondalkin.
This committee acknowledges the efforts of the Litter Warden at these locations and asks for a report on those efforts and an outline of the plan to ensure that the owners of these premises comply with the law."

There are a number of residents in Clondalkin that are in need of adaptation to their homes but cannot afford the costs of an Occupational Therapy Report."
