"That this Committee write to and congratulate Tommy Keogh on winning the LAMA All Ireland Community & Council Silver Prize Award as Community Volunteer of the Year for his lifetime of voluntary work for the Clondalkin Community. We also thank Tommy for his dedication and huge commitment to our area."
