"This Committee agrees that the Chief Executive  secures a playing pitch and an equipment storage unit for St Anthony's Football Club whilst their pitch is unavailable due to the laying of a water main linking the existing reservoirs at Peamount and at Saggart. The route will cross the N7 near Avoca at Rathcoole and then go through Rathcoole Park making St Anthony's pitch unplayable for the minimum of a season."

"This committee agrees that a much improved transportation infra structure needs to be in place to service the proposed large housing development at Grange Castle  / Corkagh on the outer ring road.  This infrastructure should include improved bus service to the city centre and comprehensive bus links to the Luas stations at nearby citywest/ saggart and to the railway line at Kishogue and/ or Clondalkin station.  That this improved transport infra structure should be cooperfastened as a pre requisite for planning of such a large scale development."
