"That the Chief Executive  cap the wall on public land at Monastery Rise / Floraville as requested by the  Residents Association. image attached."

REPORT:

The walls at Monastery Rise and Floraville are boundary walls associated with the adjacent residential properties.  The walls are not located on public land and are not in public ownership.  The maintenance and upkeep of the walls including capping is a matter for the land owners.
