"That a report be issued into where SDCC is at with below motion and to ask the Chief Executive for full compliance with this motion as outlined below

"That this committee calls on the removal of all items from outisde the Supersavers shop in Village following Tidy Towns adjudacators comment that ''The Steering Wheel has a fine traditional shopfront which contrasts with the adjacent Supersavers premises which has a totally cluttered frontage to the extent that the shop’s buisness?"

REPLY:

The Roads staff have been monitoring this location and have been in contact with the shop owner regarding the tidying up of his shop front.  We will continue to monitor the situation and take action open to us which is quite limited.
