"That this Committee agrees that the wall around the green area situated at Harelawn Park/Harelawn Grove is increased in size and that it is structurally reinforced." 

REPORT:

The wall around the open space at Harelawn Park/Grove is approximately 450mm high and is comprised of a number of sections measuring a total of 183 meters in length. A small section of the wall was repaired earlier this year and overall the wall is in good condition.   The wall is performing well as a boundary to the open space and there are no current proposal to increase the size of the wall.
