That necessary tree pruning and removal take place urgently on the tree lined path from Firhouse Road/Woodlawn Park/Carrigwood as already agreed in 2010 with Woodlawn Park Grove Residents Association, and that this and other commitments by Parks Dept be honoured now

That this Committee calls on the Community Department to contact NABCO in relation to the so called 'Community Facility' on Donomore Park which has lay vacant for almost a decade despite ongoing efforts by Community Groups to view the facility to enable them to utilise the building.  That this contact be used as a last effort to encourage NABCO to allow local groups access to the building which has never happened despite the buildings original purpose and status.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to report on the status of the vacant property *address supplied* which has been vacant for at least two years. To also report on the condition of the Apartment as it seems as a result of it being vacant for so long it is having a negative impact on the adjoining property *address supplied* which has ongoing serious problems with dampness and associated problems such as mould spores, which has left the apartment almost uninhabitable.

That this committee calls on the Manager to acknowledge the great efforts of the Transition Year students of Tallaght Community School, who carried out a litter pick in the Balrothery/ Castle and Tymon area on National Volunteer Day, Friday 30th September and encourage other Community Schools to particapate in future events.

That the Manager write to Greyhound, waste management company asking that the Black and Brown Bins be collected (within say two weeks) from householders who reside within Tallaght south area who have indicated that they have switched to another provider.  Many householders complain that they find it impossible to get Greyhound to remove these bins and surely this is in breach of the terms of sale under which they bought the service from South Dublin County Council.

That the Manager states clearly and categorically how groups in the West Tallaght RAPID areas who wish to engage with and carry out voluntary work under the Social Credit Scheme will receive support in the form of necessary equipment and manpower assistance.

That this Committee expresses its concern regarding the imposition of unfair fines on residents under the Storage, Presentation and Collection of Household Waste Bye-Laws and that we call for an immediate review of all fines imposed in the area under the remit of this Committee in the interests of natural justice.

That this Committee calls on the Manager  to initiate an investigation into the process by which Children's and infants graves were desecrated during the installation of a footpath adjacent the Angels Plot at Bohernabreena Cemetery where no consultation or notice was given to Parents and Families of the deceased children. This Committee further calls on the Manager to provide a written apology to all those Families who have been treated with complete disrespect due to the actions of this Council.
