That this Committee asks the Chief Executive if the Bottle Bank located on the Avonbeg Road can be moved to a more suitable location in the area. At present due to the location a large amount of materials other than bottles are being dumped at the location and this material is then being blown all over the road and grass area.
That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to take whatever action is necessary to deal with local concerns in respect of the proposed Pavilion at Dodder Valley Park, Old Bawn and will the Chief Executive particularly ensure that contact is made with Old Bawn Residents Association and Parkwood Residents Association who have lodged objections in the matter and in responding will the Chief Executive appreciate the importance of this project being delivered to the benefit of the local community.

That this Committee calls on the Council to reduce the price of the Tallaght Leisure Centre's hourly rates for the Astro football pitches to a more affordable sum for local football teams who wish to use these facilities.
That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to meet with the team in Citywise with a view to assisting in sustainability and further development through an appropriate partnership arrangement.
That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to provide details of the business plan for Tallaght Stadium as alluded to at previous Council Meetings; will he include details of what has been developed so far at the Tallaght Stadium and will he also confirm details of the long term strategy for the further development and completion of Tallaght Stadium and in responding will he appreciate the importance of this issue to the community.
That this Committee requests that the Chief Executive examines the possibility of re-introducing funding for the Estates Management projects that were previously in operation in areas of the Tallaght South LEA. Included in this review would be discussions with other organisations that could be in a position to manage the project with funding from the Council, such as the South Dublin County Partnership. This Motion recognises the value of the contribution of these Estate Managers in issues such as tenanting policy, surrender of houses, local knowledge on anti-social behaviour issues etc.

That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to introduce an increased road and footpath sweeping programme, especially during October and November, to assist in the removal of fallen leaves, which pose a trip/slip hazard to pedestrians and clog up surface water drains.
That this Committee asks the Chief Executive to outline what action can be taken to ensure recyclable refuse is property disposed of. Many green bins, particularly in the Springfield area but also many other areas within the County are not being left out for collection.
