QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

"To ask the Chief Executive to present an update on the allocation of Units at the Pairc Na Greine Apartment Block on Cookstown Road and will he also confirm if he has had contact with the Developer to progress any outstanding works on the site?"

REPLY:

Oaklee Housing Trust have 45 housing units, in the Pairc na Greine development. They comprise of 44 x 2 bed units & 1 x 1 bed unit. 41 of the 45 are now occupied and persons have been sourced for the remaining 4 allocations which will be signed up for tenancy on receipt of response of garda check from Garda Siochana.

From information received from estate officer all works necessary to enable occupation have been completed however, if anything outstanding contact should be made directly to Oaklee Housing Trust.
