QUESTION: Councillor M. Murphy

"To ask the Chief Executive has Planning Enforcement been provided with proof that the Greenhills NCT Centre are taking bookings well outside any planning permission that they ever had. You can book up to 10pm on Tuesday 8th of December for instance. The latest they were ever allowed to remain open until is 6pm on Tuesdays. What action does the planning department intend taking to ensure that this NCT Centre complies with all the conditions laid down by An Bord Pleanala in relation to planning file SD15A/0111?"

REPLY:

The alleged unauthorised activities at Greenhills NCT Centre are the subject of an ongoing investigation under the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended).  The Councillor will be notified when a decision is made on any further necessary action to be taken in these matters.
