"That the Manager conducts a survey and gives a report on all Silver Birches at Idrone Park. The trees at 47 and 55 Idrone Park are in danger of falling because of centre rot disease and need to be removed."
"That this Committee supports the creation of community space to the rere of houses in Willbrook Park and opposes any attempts to convert this space into an access road."
"That the Manager provide with the aid of a report an up date on the alleged arson at property at Idrone Park. It appears that the home of an elderly lady caught fire and was badly destroyed when oversized trees and shrubs adjacent to the house were set alight by vandals and in turn this fire spread to the house. The family are now seeking the removal with immediate effect of those trees and shrubs. It appears the elderly lady is currently living away from the house while the work to her home is being completed, she is due to return to her home and is understandably anxious that there is not a repeat of this tragedy. It has been requested that the oversized trees (currently approx 50’/60’), be severely restricted or removed altogether. These trees are overhanging the property including the garden, roof & chimney, the trees are also blocking significant light. The falling leaves / sap from the trees has meant that owner’s driveway (which has a high gradient) becomes very mossy, extremely slippy & very dangerous , it poses a serious health and safety issue. Please provide timeline for the completion of these works. The Council is being asked to act with all expediency given the age of the home owner concerned and other neighbours in this area."
"That the Manager design and build a Children’s Playground at the green area of Whitechurch Place and Whitechurch Court."
"That the Council examine the possibility of utilising the Structures at Risk Fund for remedial and upgrade works for Ely Arch, Dodder Park Road."

"To ask the Manager to inspect the wall at lower Dodder Road (raised by Dodder residents at a recent deputations Meeting) adjacent to the river Dodder - which, in the view of residents is not of sufficient strength to withstand flood waters, and if it collapsed, would result in widespread flooding of properties along this stretch of road?"
Roads

"To ask the Manager to provide more substantial repeater speed limit signs along Dodder Road as Residents have expressed serious concern over the volume of speeding traffic?"
"To ask the Manager if the Council would consider the provision of a pathway leading from the bus stop on Grange Road into the Priory estate. Further and better particulars of this request have been posted through the Members Reps. System?"
"To ask the Manager if the Council would consider as a suitable location for a zebra crossing the area on Grange Road just up from the main entrance to St. Enda’s Park (Priory estate). The provision of a zebra crossing would facilitate bus commuters, was well as encouraging the better use by residents from the Hermitage, Priory and Park estates of the amenity of St. Enda's?"
"To ask the Manager to consider the viability of providing a proper path outside the shops at St. Enda’s Drive and just off the Grange Road?"
