MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That this Committee supports the creation of community space to the rere of houses in Willbrook Park and opposes any attempts to convert this space into an access road."

REPORT:

The Council is not aware of any proposal to change the status of the lane way to the rear of Willbrook Park which was provided as a rear access to the individual houses at Willbrook Park but is currently unused.

The Council is willing to engage with the local community if there is a consensus to convert this space into a community space.
