"That the Manager conducts a survey and gives a report on all Silver Birches at Idrone Park. The trees at 47 and 55 Idrone Park are in danger of falling because of centre rot disease and need to be removed."

REPORT:

It is considered that the trees in Idrone Park are in good condition.  However, the specific trees as well as the remainder of the trees in the estate will be examined to determine if there is any rot as described or any danger to life or property from them.
