To ask for the Manager to write to Dublin Bus for an update regarding the actual changes with details proposed for Clondalkin, Rathcoole, Newcastle and Saggart?
To ask the Manager to write to all election candidates (and political parties) in this general election to remove all cable ties when removing posters etc. in a goodwill gesture to the community in the Clondalkin Electoral Area? It could be emphasised that removal of all ties including those left behind by others from previous elections should also be removed which would be a welcome kick start to the upcoming Spring Clean Up.

That the Manager present a report to this Committee on the problem of wandering and abandoned horses in view of the annual increase at Christmas time and the suffering of the said horses.
That the Manager will target the constant dumping along the Aylmer Road in Newcastle and Grange Castle area by more regular cleaning, patrolling, enforcement where possible and the installation of CCTV.
That this Committee addresses the issue of illegal dumping on the back roads of Newcastle - such as between the Lucan Newlands Road and Aylmer Road and the road from Grange Castle up towards Newcastle.

To ask the Manager for a commitment and outline description of proposed works and timescale to resolve the ongoing and dangerous condition of the roadway at Crockaunadreenagh, Rathcoole. The road has quite a number of large potholes which are forcing traffic to drive on the wrong side of the road.

That this Committee proposes that South Dublin County Council makes one third of the parking spaces in its Clondalkin car park, behind the Clondalkin Civic Offices, available to the public for parking at a reasonable fee.

That this Committee recommends that the area at Millrace around the Oil Mills in Corkagh Park be cleared and tidied.
That the Manager present a report on new works, if any for Corkagh Park, Clondalkin.
That this Committee asks the Manager to outline the usage of the fishing lakes in Corkagh Park. The lakes were closed for renovation, however, no new works have taken place. Can the Manager clarify this situation? The tender for the fishing lakes states that the lakes must be open when the park is, can the Manager outline why this was not the case. Does the Manager think the lakes will be open this time next year?
That the Manager reports on a plan and timeframe for works as per the motion listed below which was agreed and approved in September 2010
"That this Committee strongly recommends that the green areas around the very busy Bawnogue Road/Ninth Lock Road junction in Clondalkin be cleaned up/planted with shrubbery."
