QUESTION: Councillor R. Dowds

To ask the Manager what can be done to have the site of the old Esso Garage tidied up or removed, on Monastery Road, Clondalkin?

REPLY:

The Area Engineer has been instructed to inspect this site under the Derelict Sites Act 1990.  If the site is deemed to be in a derelict condition, a Section 11 Notice will be served on the registered owner outlining works to be completed in order to render the site non derelict.
