To ask that the litter bin outside Mannion's Newsagent on Monastery Road is re-located as it is currently within inches of the window shutter posing a fire risk as well as being a nuisance in the event of it overflowing which is a regular occurrence at weekends?

The location of the bin in question will be examined with a view to ensuring that it is placed in the optimum position.
