"That the Council make good the conditions imposed on this Council by An Bord Pleanala regarding the landscaping of the northern end of Knocklyon park (Knocklyon Utd section); to outline those conditions and to give reasons why this work has never been completed, in spite of An Bord Pleanala's conditions."
"That this Committee discuss the problem residents in Orlagh Downs and Orlagh Lodge have with the large trees to the rear of their houses – now totally out of control and some dangerous, and that the following information be available in a coordinated report from Parks/Planning on this issue- raised previously by this councillor.
(a) Parks have stated ‘as far as parks are concerned the area is not in charge and is the responsible of the Developer? Or the residents? . Question:- if the rest of the estate is in charge why was this area not taken in charge at that time ?
(b) And to state where responsibility lies now? The residents cannot access this property and are not and cannot be expected to take responsible for those trees.

"That the Manager give an update on the enforcement order Enf.S6039 regarding the Castle stream at lands of Loreto Abbey apartments to stop flooding into DeBret House, Loreto Abbey."
That this Committee discuss with the aid of a report the ‘unfinished’ Loretto Abbey –protected structure - site in Rathfarnham with a view to ensuring that the community gain on this site is fully enforced in light of the current developments in the courts relating to the company responsible for this site. To state what action /claim SDCC can enforce to ensure that the community gain aspect on this site - one of the arguments used in securing planning permission on this site is fully realized (b) that the site landscaping plan – still outstanding – is completed to the satisfaction of SDCC immediately. Taking into consideration SDCC is the only body charged with ensuring community gain is utilized – to give a full report on the history - current status of nursing home proposals for this site (c) to state the amount of bond currently held by this council until all works are satisfactorily carried out. "
