UPDATED REPORT ON PROPOSED CONTROL OF PARKING
 BYE-LAWS

Draft Control of Parking Bye Laws 2009.

The Draft Control of Parking Bye Laws has now been prepared for public consultation. A report on the Draft Bye laws was presented to the Area Committees earlier this year. Various comments have now been incorporated in to the bye laws.

It is intended to commence public consultation in October with the public display of the byelaws for one month. Submissions may be made for a further two weeks. The Roads department will facilitate enquiries and will meet with residents and business associations in relation to the Draft Control of Parking Bye Laws.

A report will be presented to the members following the Public consultation.
