"To ask the Manager to outline what procedures come into force when grass verges at the front of houses have been destroyed due to the consistent parking of vehicles on them and when the verges have not been reinstated by the owners of the vehicles doing the damage?"

"To ask the Manager to indicate completion dates for traffic lights at the junction of Jobstown Road and Fortunestown Way and also at the junction of the Cheeverstown Road and Fortunestown Way?"

"To ask the Manager to provide a yellow junction box at the entrance to Parc Mhuire in Saggart on the Boherboy Road as drivers can no longer safely exit or enter this estate safely due to the volumes and speed of traffic on the Boherboy Road currently?"

"To ask the Manager what type of boundary treatment and wall is to be erected between Woodlawn Park Avenue and the re-aligned road as residents are concerned that stub wall will impact negatively on their privacy and act as a magnet for anti social behaviour and will he make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager for a detailed update on the incomplete footpath at the area between the View, Belgard Heights and the Old Belgard Road and will the Manager please note that this issue was raised in the form of a written question at the Area Two Committee Meeting in April, 2006?"

"To ask the Manager to outline Council policy in relation to the removal of grass verges outside of residential developments with specific regard to a request by a Tallaght resident *details supplied for such a removal at the residents expense and which it is my understanding the Council refused, even though the resident is a senior citizen and finds it difficult to maintain the grass verge in question?"

"To ask the Manager for an update on the proposed Cycle track on the Old Bawn Road which it is my understanding was approved by the D.T.O in 2004 and will the Manager indicate a time-frame for the construction of such a Cycle track?"

"To ask the Manager to have repaired and relocated the Seskin View Road sign so that the sign is visible on both sides of the road?"

“To ask the Manager to give an expected date for the opening of the Hunter’s Road/ Oldcourt Road, as this road was promised to be opened in the latter part of 2006, and those living in the Hunterswood, Ballycullen area have requested that this road be opened as soon as possible to provide some relief from the existing congestion that residents face on a daily basis in this area, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

“To ask the Manager when his Department will be in a position to establish a yellow box on Fortunestown Lane with the junction at Carrigmore as a means of allowing residents in Carrigmore to enter and exit their Estate onto this busy Distributor Road, and if he could outline the likely time frame involved for the yellow box to be installed, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

“To ask the Manager if he would recognise that the pedestrian pathway at the pedestrian crossing between Kingswood and Kilnamanagh on the Embankment Road represents a very narrow stretch of pathway, and given the extensive and heavy traffic flows along this road throughout the day, if he could propose measures which would improve pedestrian safety at this crossing where pedestrians are literally beside cars and trucks as they travel along this road, and if measures could be devised to increase the width of the path at these pedestrian lights, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

“To ask the Manager to immediately reinstate the Parkhill Rise name plate in Kilnamangh, as this sign has been removed for quite some time, and people unfamiliar with the area are finding it difficult to find this street, and in replying, if he could set out precisely when the street sign will be replaced, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

"That urgent action be taken to deal with the ongoing traffic problems at Ballycullen Road, particularly at the Woodstown Village entrance, and that a  range of immediate and longer term measures be put in place."

"That Dublin Bus be requested to reconfigure their services so as to ensure  that the estabished residential areas of Aylesbury/Oldbawn are adequately catered for and that they now provide this Committee with details of their proposals to address the public transport needs of commuters in these areas and in the general Firhouse/Ballycullen area also."

"That this committee requests the Manager to provide a full and detailled report on the lack of progress to date on providing the necessary documentation regarding tenure to the CARP project in Killinarden and calls on the Manager to address any outstanding issues and delays as a matter of urgency and that the Manager provides a headed item to this committee outlining the progress with regard to this unacceptable situation on a monthly basis until it is resolved."

a. Outline the criteria used to determine that the site South West of the Old Mill was not a derelict site.

b. Detail the efforts to date that the landowner has made to clean up and secure the site.

c. Estimate the current market value of this site.
