MOTION: Councillor C. King

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide a report on the issue of public lighting in the Deerpark Estate (Kiltipper) including roads within the Estate called Cushlawn Way and Dale."

 

REPORT:

The Council have been in contact with the developer with regard to bringing the lighting up to a taking-in-charge standard and he is working towards that end at the moment. It is anticipated that the estate will be ready for inspection shortly.
