"To ask the Manager for a detailed update on the incomplete footpath at the area between the View, Belgard Heights and the Old Belgard Road and will the Manager please note that this issue was raised in the form of a written question at the Area Two Committee Meeting in April, 2006?"

REPLY:

 This footpath is included in the programm for installation within the next two weeks.
