"That the Manager include in the Permeability scheme for this year a footpath with lighting at the road reservation at Park Avenue and the rear of Hermitage Estate. There is already a footpath on the Dunlaoghaire Rathdown Council side to Nutgrove. A footpath linking this would clean up the area and stop anti-social behaviour and be greatly used by walkers and cyclists."
"That the Manager be congratulated on the the works carried out as part of the permeability project undertaken at Dargle Wood, Knocklyon - particularly the Parks and Planning Departments - but that the Manager revisit the vehicular access from lower Dargle Wood which makes no logical sense whatsoever, before works are completed there."

"That the Manager agrees to the provision of a namestone identifying the Parish of Ballyroan and that such a namestone be located at or near the junction of Ballyroan Road, turning on to Marian Road. (This project has already been costed at €600). The parish is inadequately identified as evidenced by the recent death of the late Jim Stynes who hails from the Ballyroan Parish with media reports of the media not being able to locate the parish and reference across the media to the mass having taken place in Knocklyon instead of Ballyroan. Finally, to obtain a likely time within which this project could be done."
"That this Committee discuss with the aid of a report the status of the unfinished lands at lower Glenvara and the position of all agreements with all parties responsible for completing of these works."
"That the Manager provide for the clearing of undergrowth, as recommended by the local Garda Superintendent, which is providing a haven for serious anti-social behaviour, in Woodfield Estate (between Woodfield and neighbouring vacant land) and that this area be maintained on a regular basis."
Environment
Questions
"To ask the Manager to confirm a meeting of the Rathfarnham village traders on the 27th February 2012. It is understood that after a walk through of the village many issues from overgrowth of weeds on footpaths and flower beds, the Smart Telecom phone box, the notion of making the refuse bins more accessible, plus quite a number of other items were discussed. Could you confirm what if any progress has been made in the seven weeks since that meeting to improve the area and tackle the items identified during that walk about? I’m calling for the Council to provide a written programme to be put in place to resolve these matters and for that programme to be made available to the village traders?"
