MOTION: Councillor E. Coburn

"That this Committee discuss with the aid of a report the status of the unfinished lands at lower Glenvara and the position of all agreements with all parties responsible for completing of these works."

REPORT:

The area referred to was used as a compound by SIAC for the construction works associated with the Ballycullen QBC.  The agreement with the firm at the time was that the area would be reinstated to the satisfaction of the Council upon completion of the construction work.  There are still issues in relation to the reinstatement and this matter is being pursued by the Council.
