"That the Manager brings a headed item to this Committee regarding the increase of graffiti in the area and draws up a priority list of areas to be tackled immediately."
REPORT:
The following is a list of areas where graffiti has been reported in the Rathfarnham area. These areas have been listed for attention by the Council's graffiti crew or Probation Service crew where appropriate. Those locations where the graffiti is on private property are being dealt with by the litter warden in accordance with the Litter Pollution Act. The litter warden for the area and the graffiti crew superviser have been asked to survey the area and report any additional incidents of graffiti which are not on the list below.
