Social Housing Leasing Initiative

As at 1/6/12, a total of 145 privately owned properties have been procured county wide under lease arrangements and the properties made available for tenanting, 7 of these properties are in the Rathfarnham electoral area. A further 29 cases are currently in process of which 1 is in the Rathfarnham electoral area.
