"That this committee discusses if it would be at all possible to move the recycle banks in Tymon park to the rear of the carpark as there is sufficient space there to accommodate them - and if access could be gained through the side gate to enable emptying as this is a shared entrance ie if internal area is too small - if measurments of lorry and internal area could be ascertained and available at meeting it would facilitate. The brilliant work carried out by the Parks department on the entrance to the park is totally negated by this 'eyesore' litter etc visible not alone to park users but to the multitudes of passing traffic."
