"To ask the Manager to have arranged the re-instating of  the ground which was used by the Developer for the successful completion of the Development approved under Planning Application SD03A/0369 and will the Manager confirm that an assurance has been given to the Parks Department that M/s Townlink Construction Ltd would make a donation of 7000 Euro to re-instate this land to an appropiate standard and also replace a number of trees that have been removed and will the Manager make a detailed statement on the numerous issues raised within this question?"

"To ask the Manager to have arranged a comprehensive clean up of the green area adjacent to Tymon Bawn Community Centre which is regularly used by local sports clubs/schools and which has been littered with broken glass/debris in recent weeks and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager to have arranged the removal of the existing bollards(2) at *details supplied. The current bollards currently allow vehicular access at this location and also encourage anti-social activity. Please note that this issue was raised at both Roads meetings and at T.M.M. The Roads Department have suggested that it is a matter for the Parks Department. The issue could be resolved by the erection of a number of wooden bollards (similar to Springfield) and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?"
