The current bollards currently allow vehicular access at this location and also encourage anti-social activity. Please note that this issue was raised at both Roads meetings and at T.M.M. The Roads Department have suggested that it is a matter for the Parks Department. The issue could be resolved by the erection of a number of wooden bollards (similar to Springfield) and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?"
