"To ask the Manager, to clarify why he/she did not include in his/her submission to last December's budget meeting the proposal to increase the cost of bin tags from €6 per tag to €8 per tag and can he/she make a statement on the matter?".

"To ask the Manager, to investigate the general unkempt status of the stream/ditch which is situated between Carrigmore Avenue ( Saggart ) and Citywest Golf Club, which is causing environmental health concerns to the residents in terms of rats etc and could the Manager in his/her response state who is responsible for the general maintenance of the area in question".

"That this Committee calls on the Manager/s, to investigate the ongoing and increasing level of anti-social behaviour on Kiltipper Way which has resulted in walls being destroyed with their debris being strewn about the road, bins been emptied and or burnt in the general area of Cushlawn/Kiltipper way with a view to the entire area being cleaned up and made safe for pedestrians, residents and motorists".

" To ask the Manager for an update on the  time-frame for the completion of  the proposed tree planting for Westpark estate?."

" To ask the Manager to have removed and or radically pruned the bushes adjacent to the old Crosswinds site on the Old Belgard Road in view of the recorded history of anti-social activity at this location and the amount of litter/debris recently uncovered by the concerted cleanup organised by Belgard Heights Residents Association in recent weeks and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?."

"To ask the Manager if he could organise a special clean up on the public open space between Monalea, Woodlawn, and Carrigwood in Firhouse, given the large amount of smashed bottles and debris which is within the open space and is a clear cause of concern to local residents who use this space for sporting recreational purposes, if some litter bins could be placed on the space in question as a means of deterring littering etc., and if he will make a statement on the matter?"

"That this Committee recommends that the playground at Tymon North be re-developed to the standard of that of Willington.   This has served the people well but upgrading would benefit the public"

" That this Committee calls on the Manager to have arranged the erection of wooden bollards at the green area adjacent to Ashgrove as a matter of urgency in view of the frequent illegal vehicular access on to this green site and the consequent burning of cars and will the Manager please note that the proposed landscaping works for the Springfield area will not solve this problem?".
